This program aims to first target the root cause of osteoporosis. The author of the program does not like recommended osteoporosis treatments from doctors. She never said that the doctors don’t know how to do their jobs but she claims that they only tackle the symptoms of the condition and not the main root cause. Shelly explained that when doctors use symptoms of osteoporosis to treat patients, such treatment will only be temporary but won't give permanent relief.
To cure osteoporosis permanently, she recommends two important strategies:
- Movement
- Nutrition
Most intelligent doctors have recommended some similar strategies to tackle osteoporosis. Currently, the most renowned treatments for osteoporosis are lightweight physical exercise and dietary strategies.
In this program, Shelly also recommended exercising and good dieting. These two strategies will help when treating osteoporosis. But instead of registering for a gym exercise, she recommended some specific simple and functional body movements you can easily do at home.
These body movements are not done all day. In her program, she recommended ways how to schedule a little time for this body movement. She claims that these body movements can help to toughen the bone and they are also easy to perform at home. You don’t need any prior equipment, knowledge, skill, or even experience to get them right.
So, just because Shelly aims more on body movements rather than exercise, she claims that her strategy is more effective than the recommendations doctors give.
